WebTigerPython documentation#

Welcome to the WebTigerPython documentation.

WebTigerPython is a Python programming environment for schools that runs entirely in the browser. It is based on Pyodide and is the successor of TigerJython. It supports the TigerPython dialect (e.g. the repeat loop), turtle graphics, GPanel, games, music, databases and robotics with the micro:bit, the Calliope mini and other devices. Its sister IDE WebEduPy offers the same environment with standard Python.

This documentation gathers the knowledge needed to use, embed and develop WebTigerPython. Teachers will find the most relevant information in Information for Teachers, Multi-File System and the library pages.
